Consumer Bankruptcy
We assist our clients to resolve debt problems through bankruptcy.  The bankruptcy code offers two forms of debt relief for individuals:

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
The most common type of bankruptcy and  involves the liquidation, or sale of certain property you may own.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
Is essentially a debt repayment plan.  If a debtor  meets certain income requirements and has the means to repay a portion of  his debt over the course of 5 years; or a debtor has to repay arrearage on  his mortgage, then a debtor will have to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Collections

Our firm offers complete services to the creditor from demand to final collection.  Our firm will make demand, file suit, pursue appropriate post-judgment collections (including, but not limited to, garnishment, turnover, discovery, writ of attachment) and represent creditor’s rights should the debtor pursue bankruptcy.  Our firm handles matters on both contingency and hourly fee arrangements.

DUI/DWI

As a former police officer who has arrested hundreds of DUI suspects, Mr. Resides certified as a radar instructor, has been certified to operate an Intoxilyzer, has been certified to administer SFSTs and HGN, and is familiar with police policy and procedure.  Many law offices claim to have "experts" on hand or be "experts" themselves.  However, Mr. Resides has gained his knowledge and experience in DUI law the old fashioned way: by learning it on the streets and then by going to work for the most prominent and highest priced DUI attorneys in the state.
